About this class

Linking one pose to the next through breath and movement, level 2 classes offer a dynamic and rigorous vinyasa flow to students who are ready to deepen their practice. With a greater cardiovascular element, these classes build the most internal heat and offer a challenge to students who possess a grasp of the basics. Students will be presented with poses requiring greater strength, flexibility, stamina and focus. With the breath connection already established, students can begin to explore more challenging backbends, inversions, arm balances, and poses requiring greater flexibility. These classes are fun yet challenging, leaving your body sweaty and your spirit energized.

Definitely not for beginners, but Ashlee was helpful in walking around the room to adjust forms and answer questions. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and got a great workout from it. The only thing I would suggest is installing mirrors in the room.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
