Great workout! Instructor was upbeat and interactive. Moves were a little hard to follow, but Dawn did a great job showing modifications for all the different levels. I’ll definitely be a regular!

This was my first STRONG class, but I’m an avid Zumba fanatic. Dawn subbed the class and was energetic and motivating. The class reminded me of Les Mills Body Combat. Overall a good workout.

Tough but amazing class! Knowledgeable, friendly instructor who provides good instructions on modifications based on skill level. She is also very motivating! Staff was kind and accommodating. Great facilities, awesome location.

Class was fun but definitely not the one for me to do as an introduction back into working out. Had to pause a few times and definitely felt the workout 12 hrs later!!

This was a good cardio and coordination workout. Set to the best of music. I never felt overly exerted like in some boot camp classes. Im not sure how that would impact results over time.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
