Mask-wearing policies
Masks MUST be worn in the common areas of the studio but can be pulled down/removed when the class has commenced. They must be replaced before leaving the bag room.
Social distancing measures
Each participant will be 1m apart and there is no sharing of equipment.
Extra sanitation
All gloves are sanitised using a medical-grade sports equipment dryer proven to kill 99.9% of bacteria and pathogens. All dumbbells are cleaned/sanitized after every class using municipality approved cleaning products.
Limited capacity
We maintain 1m distance between all clients.
