The method delivers substantial results, FAST: expect 45 minutes of high energy and intensity, mega calorie-burning and serious muscle shaking. This no impact method incorporates strength, balance, flexibility, and resistance and cardio training in every single exercise performed. Tough class. Wish music was louder

If you place your hands on people, please check your energy and intention first. Very forceful “assist” of my feet to the platform in the first 14 seconds of class was not appreciated. Also, the vast majority of cues were negatively framed. Consider explaining the benefit of the alignment you are looking for more often than explaining what to stop doing. You will get more buy in that way and spend less time chastising your class for doing it wrong - which frankly, was how your cues came across.

Loved this instructor, the class was great! I wish she would have corrected our posture/form to make sure we were getting the most out of each move. Overall, I would absolutely take her class again!

Teacher was fun, but I was confused on correct form for most of the class and what exactly I was supposed to be doing. Luckily I could follow some of the other girls in class. Would be helpful if teachers would pop on reformers sometimes and show us

How to prepare

FOR LAGREE: Toe socks (grip socks) are REQUIRED. Toe socks (grip socks) are required for all LAGREE classes only. If you do not have toe socks (grip socks), they can be purchased as the studio. You cannot take a Lagree class without them (it is a safety issue). FOR CLIMBING: if you are taking climbing, please make sure to bring training shoes (sneakers you would wear to the gym), a towel (if you sweat a lot) and a water bottle, as you will sweat A LOT!! WE REQUIRE ALL CLIENTS TO HAVE AN UP TO DATE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

How to get there

The studio is located on the corner of 15th and Delgany. The front entrance is on 15th underneath the Verve apartment complex. There is several free street parking spaces on 19th, which is just 4 blocks away if you were to walk up Delgany, or Wewatta. There is also free parking found on Little Raven which is about 6 blocks away if you walk toward i25 on 15th. For closer parking, there are meters on Wynkoop, Blake and Market. There are two parking garages located within a block of the studio. One on WeWatta, and one across the street on Delgany.

What is ClassPass?
