About this class

The first 7—Your seven minute warm up will get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including stretching, jogging, calisthenics, jumping, lunging and squats. You will get ready to hit the bag. 30 minutes on the bag—The bulk of your workout is set up in 3 minute rounds that include basic boxing and kickboxing combinations followed by a 1 minute “active rest.” This gives you a break, while keeping your heart rate up. The last 7—You’ll use work out gear and body resistance to strengthen your core and sculpt your body. Cool down with floor work and toning exercises.

How to prepare

Gloves are provided for your first class, but following you must purchase them at the studio or bring your own. Wraps are required and are available to purchase for $10. Please arrive 30 minutes early to your first class with us. We have a men's and women's locker room that have lockers and 5 showers each. Ask for a key from the front desk.

How to get there

We are tucked away on the first floor of the office building in the Whole Foods shopping center. We are a few doors down from Brixx Pizza and Hot Yoga. There is plenty of parking.

This class was absolutely amazing. Madison was so full of energy and made sure to pay close attention to detail to me as a first timer. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and an even better workout!

It was a great workout. The woman with the black hair was quite rude though. I asked her to teach me how to put on my wraps (it was only my second time) and she acted like it was a huge bother to teach me and told me that next time I asked she might just walk away. If the rest of the staff hadn’t been so nice so far, I wouldn’t go back.

What is ClassPass?
