How to prepare

Tennis shoes are required for class at The TreadBarre. Towels are provided. Water is available for purchase. New clients must arrive 10 minutes before class starts and must sign a waiver.

Taylor lead a great class! I was a little nervous because I dislike running but I was able to go at my own pace and really push myself throughout the workout. Kate at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming when I arrived. I loved it!

get there early if you have a preference on running first of floor work first. great work out, 1/2 the class is cardio so bring water !!
