Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Socks are optional.

Wow!! One of my favorite Reformer classes ever! There was an element of cardio and a level of burn that you don’t normally get doing Pilates.

Candance was a great instructor. It was a smaller class, only four students, which was really nice. She was very attentive and super helpful with the machines, body positioning, and timing of the circuit. Definitely will be back

At first this class was a little awkward because there were only 3 of us (including the instructor) but the the instructor was super friendly and engaging, so there wasn't a lot of awkward silence. Plus with the small class size, it was basically like a private lesson. My butt was thoroughly kicked and I know I'll be sore tomorrow - it was a great work out!

What is ClassPass?
