It was my first time at the class and the instructor was super helpful walking me through all the new stations. I’ve never done circuit training—I mostly do yoga—but this was super fun, fast paced, and the music and variety of exercise kept me motivated the whole time. Would def recommend it for anyone who wants a good, fun workout

The fact that the gym is in a warehouse with no ac was a bit intimidating, but Paul was great! He was welcoming and helpful with form/modifications. Challenging workout.

Very tough, but rewarding, class! I ended up doing a bootcamp workout for my first one, but both my partner and Rob were able to guide me through it and help make adjustments as necessary. Get ready to sweat!

The class was great. Weekend classes I was told are much more intense and they didn't lie. the class was very challenging, but when you finish you feel like you got your money's worth and then some! Rob was a great trainer and pushed me when I was slacking which I appreciated a lot. I recommend having some weightlifting training cause form is important.

Really challenging workout. The instructor was great bc he was motivating and helped with form but still let you do the exercises at your own speed. I woke up feeling sore and thats the best determining factor for me!

What is ClassPass?
