How to prepare

Grip socks are required for class in The PilatesBarre classes and available for purchase starting at $10. Please wear pants that cover your knees in PilatesBarre BarreFormer classes - shorts are allowed in their TreadBarre and StrideBarre classes. Towels (regular and Eucalyptus) are provided. Water is available for purchase along with a variety of snacks.

How to get there

New clients: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to sign their waiver and get shown around the studio. If you are running late for class, please call to ensure your spot in class is held. For safety, clients are not able to join class after 10 minutes into the class time. The studio's main entrance is located through the parking lot off of Preston Park and Lovers Lane. Parking is available behind the studio as well. You can find the studio next to Dunston's Steakhouse in the same center as Campisi's on Lovers Lane.

Fast paced class, not easy your first time as instructions are not very clear. Modifications were usually given halfway through a movement. Instructor introduced herself, but didn’t make any adjustments- thankfully the client next to me was more helpful!

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
