I love SHIFT classes for a full body workout! I see the best results with my body! Expect to do a lot of jumping jacks, burpees and squats. It's a great blend of cardio, stretching and toning. You'll definitely get your sweat on, while being encouraged and supported throughout.

I was NOT expecting a cardio strength class - I'd been lifting heavy furniture since 6am so unfortunately I couldn't stick it out, but it seemed to have a good vibe, if burpees are what you're looking for!
