How to prepare

Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts daily, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week. We typically break up the sessions into 6-7 minute blocks covering every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, team games, toning, shaping, and the foundation exercises for that rock solid core.

It is not at the indicated address but on the grass outside near the gazebo. Can get quite muddy and slidy if wet so bring some dirty clothes and shoes with grip. Intense and good workout though.

What is ClassPass?
