About this class

The Silent Disco Boot Camp is a revolutionary session, where you get to workout to your favourite tunes on Clapham Common. They are the first boot camp in the UK to do this, and it's Swift's most popular class with a cult like following! They kit you out with our first class headphones, which automatically tunes into the trainers mic (think britney), and playlist. They then carry out a boot camp session with some pumping tracks. A good class and great all over workout. I’d advise to bring gloves and a jacket/hoody in this weather as the ground gets cold and wet.

This class was really good. A good varied workout that was fun. If you’re doing in winter like me (frost on the ground) make sure you bring gloves. I found push ups etc. Very hard with myhands and fingers do cold. Expect to get a bit muddy too.

Definitely not 'silent disco' but instructor played music which made it fun. Really great class with varying exercises that made for a hard workout. Instructor was great too. Will definitely be back!

How to prepare

Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts daily, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week. We typically break up the sessions into 6-7 minute blocks covering every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, team games, toning, shaping, and the foundation exercises for that rock solid core.

How to get there

Our Boot Camp in Clapham is Ideally placed by Clapham Common tube station, by Rookery Road, opposite the basketball courts. We meet in the triangle of Rookery Road, Long Road & Clapham Common South side. We'll be on the grass, opposite the basketball courts by rookery road. What is ClassPass?
