H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) is the hottest workout sensation and it's here to stay! 30 & 60 minutes of heart pumping, muscle building exercises that push your personal limits. The music is hard and fast and so is the workout! The class uses rowing machines, battle ropes, spinning bikes, light to heavy dumbbells, trx and so much more. Come ready to work hard and SWEAT!
