SURF Classes (With Surfboards): With a custom-made surfboard designed to mimic the instability of being on water, get ready to increase your stability, enhance your cardio capabilities and strengthen your body (especially core) in the most effective, functional ways possible! BURN classes are cardio-focused surf sessions that include high intensity interval training (80% cardio, 20% strength) and plyometric movements. With strength exercises done at a cardio pace with added instability, you will challenge your body like never before.Their amazing trainers bring the fun & challenging aspects of surfing to land with a total body workout sure to work your muscles from head to toe & leave you smiling from ear to ear! (Intermediate/Advanced Level) You don’t need to be a surfer to train your mind, body & soul like one. All our classes are for surfers & non-surfers alike! Are you ready to shake things up?! always a great full body workout here, but this was my first advanced class. It was all similar moves but just more balancing work while you're doing them, and generally seemed like there were more ways and options to push yourself. l'll def be back for both the Beginning/Int and Int/Adv classes!

What a fun, drenching workout! The burn was serious, yet it felt less arduous because of the whole surf chill vibe. I had only done Surfset once before, and found this class challenging but doable. Highly recommend!
