Our signature workout. 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. Your coach will guide you through a series of slow & controlled movements that are sequenced to work your muscles to failure. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and can be amplified or modified to accommodate your individual goals.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit, download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your ClassPass email & sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks/shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before class time, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, must arrive 15 minutes early or won't be allowed into class. ClassPass users must pay for all merchandise purchased in studio by leaving credit card information with coach.

Class was great! A little hard to understand the instructor at times.

Great, positive teacher, great music & great atmosphere —tough class. If you’ve never taken a reformer class (like me!) this may not be the beginner class to start with. I was humbled at how quickly I was struggling— sweat dripping down my arms in first 30 seconds! It was hard to grasp instructions quickly to get used to machine even w/ beginner walkthrough beforehand, I felt behind much of class, then like I was modifying too much (to get through!) to get the full experience for how much the class costs. That said, I’d go back: definitely feel it the next day & feel stronger. Trying new workouts w ClassPass is for pushing yourself 2. Teacher & Classmates know it’s HARD; All were super encouraging and genuinely friendly to newbie, not what I expected from a boutique studio like this tbh. A classmate even dropped her cables mid-workout when mine were stuck to help me out 4. Motivational Quotes spraypainted under each machine was a nice touch!

Solidcore is a great workout and I have enjoyed every instructor. I’m giving this class 4 stars because the studio amenities leave a lot to be desired. For how expensive Solidcore is, I think the amenities are lacking when compared to other studios.

I got a great workout in this class, but it was a bit hard to follow the coach’s instructions. She did walk around and help make adjustments to form which made up for not being able to hear/understand at first.

Good workout but pretty confusing for a beginner. Didn't really know what was going on but the more experienced people seemed to have a good time

What is ClassPass?
