    First truly hot yoga in a long time…and it was challenging, as expected. The studio is super clean and organized and it’s easy to get in to class and get set up (unlike some places with a traffic jam around the locker/cubby area) and super helpful front desk.     Marcellus was amazing! I showed up for the 10a Sunday class. He let me know a few people had dropped off the list so it may be a smaller class. Well it ended up being just me. I was very grateful they didnt just cancel the class. He continued to teach class as you would with a full class. Offering alternatives, breaks, and adjustments. The music was def a vibe. He made me feel comfortable and we talked and laughed throughout class. Will def be taking another one of his classes!

It was my first CycleBar class back after over a year and it was great - super dim lighting made me feel comfortable, no scoreboard, instructor was a good combo of kind, energetic and motivational, and they even had some bagels out for us for this class :) I also went with a slightly sore lower back and had to take it a bit easier, but still worked up a sweat. I will be coming back for more classes!
