About this class

The [solidcore] signature workout. 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. Your coach will guide you through a series of slow and controlled movements that are sequenced to work your muscles to failure. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and can be amplified or modified to accommodate your individual goals.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit, download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your ClassPass email & sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks/shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before class time, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, must arrive 15 minutes early or won't be allowed into class. ClassPass users must pay for all merchandise purchased in studio by leaving credit card information with coach.

I love this class and it’s super challenging, but I really dislike how there is no stretching at the end of class. I feel like the instructors are always in a hurry to get out of there so you feel rushed like you can’t stretch. After such a challenging class, not stretching it leaves me really really sore. Don’t love that.

A bit odd: most Pilates classes make you feel stretched and has some element of flexibility but this class was very much focus on static holds and variations of crunches. Emphasis on core was in line with branding but I guess that’s not my thing. Nice amenities, spacious studio, pumped up instructor with more of a cycling clubby vibe than most.

What is ClassPass?
