This class incorporates body weight, free weight, power, and cardio exercises melded together to work you from head to toe while building functional strength for your daily life. Wrap it all up with a sun salutation or two, and a well-deserved stretch session and you'll be ready to change the world. Loud beats and good vibes are always included!

How to prepare
Yoga mats are used in all classes. Bring your own or rent one for $2. Go barefoot in most of SEEK's classes but don't forget a pair of clean gym shoes for The Good Sweat. Wear comfortable workout/yoga attire for all classes, and bring a water bottle so you can hydrate throughout class. SEEK has filtered water on site. Personal sweat towels, yoga props and good vibes are always free.
How to get there
Find SEEK at 1790 S. 1100 E. in Salt Lake City, Utah. Park in the lot out front, or along the neighboring streets. Head upstairs to Suite 201 for class.
