About this class

A popular bit of kit for many years now the TRX builds fantastic strength in the major muscle groups whilst also hitting those smaller supportive muscles, which we often neglect. This means long, lean, strong muscles but also strong, less injury prone joints. Because of the design of the TRX exercises you will constantly be activating the deeper core muscles too. Don’t be fooled though as it isn’t all slow paced, the instructors will keep the energy up by throwing in some TRX cardio moves throughout. This is the class for you if you want to build superb strength and tone and a great posture! All levels Great for beginners Technique Strength Core Sweat

What is ClassPass?
