About this class

Suitable for all levels. Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath, while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to a little more complex. You will build heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. All levels Tone Flexibility Strength Core Mind

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.

This was a very basic class for beginners. For me it lacked flow and a challenge. Teacher was a bit robotic

There was nobody at reception ahen I arrived, so I used the code that was emailed to me to get in. But even after the class was over nobody from the studio cared to say hi and explain how their studio works. Instead they all seemed to be participating in the various classes rather than working. The yoga class was okay, but nothing great. The studio itself isnt very large and quite shabby. I would bot recommend it- definitely not worth the 7 credits!
