About this class

Our core conditioning class is designed specifically to build deep core strength from your shoulder girdle to you hips and everything in between. This one will have you feeling the burn during the class and leaving walking taller. A slower paced class that is about quality of movement over quantity. Correcting posture, reducing risk of injury, whilst zipping everything in through the centre. A great one to mix in to your weekly routine to keep you body fit and strong and healthy. How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.

What is ClassPass?
