Playlist was excellent today!

Definitely an intense full-body workout! I loved the screens by the treadmills with a running trail and countdown clock until the next interval to keep you motivated. Facilities were also nice. I do wish the instructor showed modifications for beginners and corrected form however, especially given that there were so few people. It didn’t seem like he was able to read the class well.
