About this class

In this class, you will ride with purpose like the pros do. You’ll be riding the rainbow by determining your Power Rx within the first 10 minutes of class. It will be a power filled par-tay! Your colored power zones will be displayed on the front screen which features Stages IQ technology where getting it done means keeping it fun.

The class was alright but the instructor wasn’t super motivational and the music wasn’t good at all

I love this class! Marty is a fantastic instructor and you *really* get s great workout in!

Great class! The instructor definitely pushes you. I got a great workout. Downside: The seats on the the bikes are super uncomfortable especially since we’re moving up and down during the class. I would have like different music. (More pop or hip hop)

Adorable boutique fitness studio with a “family” type feel. The instructor was welcoming and so helpful! They have extra clip in shoes if you need to borrow a pair. The 6:30am with Marty was intense with a lot of hard rock music- which was a nice change of pace. I’ll definitely be back!

Great (and hard) class even for beginners! Linda is energetic and kept us motivated during class, with great music selection. It was my first class here and I really enjoyed it! Warm welcome with a quick tutorial on the bike and where things are (locker, towel, water). Shoes were complimentary and a very nice brand / comfortable. The facilities and equipment are all really nice, in great working condition, and clean! I have taken cycling classes at other places and I really liked the bikes at this studio! Thank you for an awesome class!
