About this class
Cycling plus active isolated stretching makes you a better athlete! After 45 minutes on the bike, spend 30 minutes opening up your chest, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and quadriceps. You'll be out the door in 75 minutes. Bringing your own mat is recommended.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing. Leggings, capris, shorts and moisture wicking tops are ideal. All bikes are equipped with SPD clips and cages. Athletic shoes are appropriate for any TRX, strength, core, row or AIS class. Ride+workout does not rent cycling shoes. Bring a water bottle, a towel and a desire to work hard! Wet, slushy weather? Please change into your athletic shoes at the studio.
How to get there
Ride+workout is located at 18524 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107. This studio includes two separate entrances. Studio ride and studio row are located next door to each other with bold signs on entrance doors.
