About this class
Expect multi-joint movements, weighted or bodyweight, interspersed with high cardiovascular activities. Work periods range from 45 seconds to 3 minutes which are interspersed with small rest periods designed for you to not-quite fully recover. This program is designed to work in a particular threshold; predominantly utilising your lactate energy system in a way that will have both your muscles and your lungs burning! This all-round metabolic workout will have days of that fantastic after-burn effect, making you leaner, fitter, stronger, AND an all-round metabolic monster!

How to prepare
Please bring a workout towel and wrist wraps for boxing. They are available for purchase at the facility for $8.
