About this class

Revolution Fitness is the original home of Indo-Row™ via creator Josh Crosby. He has recruited the best instructors to insure you get a TRANSFORMATIVE, total-body workout, using all major muscle groups. Torch calories, sculpt shoulders, and make your booty look good in those jeans! Info-Row challenges the mind, strengthens your leg, fires up your core, and tones your arms in one of the most effective group workouts around. Come prepared wearing workout attire, sneakers, and have a water bottle on hand. The class is as challenging as you make it, modifications are available as you need them - speak with the instructor beforehand if there are any injuries he/she should be aware of. No experience necessary! *Space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot in advance!

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the studio, and towels are available for rent for $3. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like! Their Schwinn Carbon Blue® bikes accommodate both LOOK and SPD clips. Baskets can also be clipped into any of their bikes if you come with regular athletic shoes or you can rent spinning shoes for $3. Indo-Row requires the student to wear tennis shoes. Core Barre is taken barefoot.

Very helpful instructor, great butt and thigh workout. More strength than cardio.

This class definitely skews to an older crowd (50+) so you may have to push yourself a little more to get a tough workout. I was skeptical at first but came away with good workout. I’d go back.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
