About this class

This anatomical region of the body needs no introduction. GLUTES!  One of the ultimate powerhouse muscles of the body, with the ability to endure punishment like no other! If Renegade presses one issue, its LEGS conditioning, specifically on this day the rear complex. Not only will the gluten be targeted and destroyed, but the hamstring complex is the second focal point region of the rear complex that we attack.  From TRX hamstring curls, TRX bridge, R.D.L, to Glider curls, the hamstrings are pushed to their limits.  We typically stay away from the quadriceps as much as possible due to the fact that the quads are hit hard during Monday's Back and Legs workout. Due to the size and capabilities of the legs, the physiological benefits (anabolic hormone release and fat depleting hormone release) are off the charts. Regardless of your goal (gaining muscle, burning fat, losing weight), this day will accelerate them all.  Do not miss this class as it is beyond critical for total body development. We encourage you to bring your own glute band, but will provide them during the TURF station of the workout.

Kendall did a great job! Very upbeat, but still pushed us.

Usually take class in Hillcrest with Tim and love it! First time taking this class and was a bit disappointed. Instructor seemed uninterested or just tired. She left the class a few times and never made any adjustments. Last 10 minutes of class she was cleaning up the space instead of focusing on the class.

First time taking the glutes and hamstrings class and didnt know most of the exercises. Ashley did a really bad job showing us what to do pre class or helping out during class. She asked if there was any first timers and my friend and I raised our hands. She acknowledged but didnt seem to care. We just had to watch other students to figure out what to do. Every other instructor I have taken has been great and super helpful. Huge fan of Renegade but will avoid Ashleys class moving forward. Her cocky and unhelpful attitude should be avoided.
