About this class

This workout is serious, and frankly one of the more difficult operations of the week. An intermediate to advanced level workout collaborating progressions, time lapse, mechanically technical movements, and high octane output! Beginner level individuals can successfully complete the workout but know it is going to be a wild ride, but once in rhythm, the results are truly worth it. There is a learning curve to these workouts as a majority of the movements are on the more advanced side of the spectrum. However, Renegade coaches are the elite so we will ensure you leave both exhausted and educated. There is a learning curve for some individuals, but if you are willing to learn there is not another workout or program that is superior. The Full Body METCON, METCON (metabolic conditioning) is hands down and black flags up, the toughest workout of the week in Renegade and on a greater scale, the entire fitness industry. Involving every variable in the studio, our coaches bring an arsenal of techniques and progressions to ensure it is second to nothing. The Full Body Metcon will challenge every muscle of the body, including the mind. It is as mental as it is physical.

Fast paced class. Good total body workout with weights, cardio and core work. Similar to a cross fit type circuit training where there are stations with TRX bands, floor work, kettle balls treadmills and bikes. Instructor was very welcoming to me being a first timer.

This class was so challenging and fun at the same time! The music was well curated and kept the energy high. Really liked all the compound lifts that I incorporated legs and upper body. The cardio was hard but a good mix with changing the activity every minute. Rawley paid attention to form throughout. Definitely will be signing up again!!

What is ClassPass?
