**PLEASE READ: This is an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL 2.0 class; for safety and instruction, participants are REQUIRED to have attended five (5) or more Studio Classes at Reformation Fitness before signing up. Sorry, no exceptions. Our Saturday Sweat Sesh is a fast paced, high intensity, 70-minute workout combining the best of two of our most popular Studio Classes - Metabolic Conditioning (H.I.I.T.) + Cardio Bootcamp (Tread & Shred). It is draws on many moves and exercises throughout the week and will you leave sweaty, sore and ready to tackle the weekend head on! Studio Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) is based on principles of high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) and metabolic conditioning -- these hyper-efficient workouts mix it up with power, strength, endurance, coordination, core, jumps, cuts, and jives. Prepare to sweat and become stronger than you ever thought possible! Studio Cardio Bootcamp is a fast-paced, treadmill-based, complete cardio & conditioning class. If you're looking to amp up your fitness routine to the next level or two, our Tread & Shred class delivers nothing short of truly amazing results!

How to prepare

For your first class at Reformation Fitness, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, familiarize yourself with the studios and facility, as well as get a chance to speak to the instructor ahead of the class regarding any limitations, injuries or modifications needed. All classes are 14 members (or less) per room, so please feel free to ask questions regarding modifications, progressions, form & technique, and/or different weight/resistance levels needed. Please be courteous and respectful of all others during class. Thank you!

How to get there

Reformation Fitness - Shaw/Convention Center conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Shaw, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown. Street parking is available and can be paid for via ParkMobile. The Convention Center/Mt. Vernon Metro Station (Green/Yellow lines) is one block away.

Misook is amazing. Very motivating and kickass workout, always pushing us harder in a good way. Her assistant for this workout was not motivating at all. No encouraging words at all. Nice enough but the difference between the two was astounding.

What is ClassPass?
