About this class
Kore R.P.M. classes are designed to take your workouts to the next level. This class is a more advanced level of resistance training, power and functional movement based workouts designed to build muscle, increase coordination and stamina, and get you competitive again. Olympic style lifts and movements are also utilized to increase your body's lean muscle mass.

How to prepare
We ask all New Members to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow new visitors to fill out the appropriate paperwork and set them up for the heart rate monitor or sync their heart rate monitoring to the Accru System. For first time visitors we can loan you a Heart Rate pod so that you can get the full experience of what RedKore Fitness is all about. We do have heart rate monitors available for sale at the gym if you wish to purchase your own.

What is ClassPass?
