How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear. Sneakers are optional during your workouts at Redemption Strength & Conditioning; you are welcome to workout barefoot or in your socks. Please bring a towel and water bottle.

How to get there

Redemption Strength & Conditioning is located at 107 Atlantic Ave, in Boston, Massachusetts, on the outskirts of the North End, Downtown and Waterfront areas. You will find them across from Christopher Columbus Park. They are accessible by MBTA, with steps from the Blue Line (Aquarium) and less than 0.5 miles (5-7 minutes) from the Green Line (Government Center/Haymarket) and Orange Line ((Haymarket) trains. They validate parking for $3 for up to 3 hours at the Parcel 7 garage (in Haymarket Square).

Pretty good class for people just starting out, but probably not challenging enough for those who do routine strength training.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback! Our workouts are designed to be suitable to all fitness levels- with that being said, we encourage all participants to build their own challenge in our STRENGTH classes by increasing weight or intensity of the exercises. This should be reinforced by our instructors! We will continue to work with out instructors to hammer this point in and also will continue to develop programs that are challenging to all.

It may be called strength but I sure as heck sweat my butt off during this class. Melissa kept it fun and entertaining and Ill definitely be back!

Awesome. Alicia is energetic, supportive and friendly, which is so important in a small group setting. She was great at giving personalized attention while keeping an eye on everyone in the class. Ill definitely be back!

Great class with Marissa! She rocks! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get a quick yet fairly difficult strength training workout in. My only feedback for the studio would be to vacuum the floors after each class especially if people are using outside shoes and you are having people lay and put their hands and bare feet on the floor.

What is ClassPass?
