In this class we will cover the fundamentals that you will need before moving onwards to the next level. Super fun! Instructors were super positive and helpful. Great for beginners. A little bit tight on space and people had to share poles, but it’s nice to have a short break here and there. Highly recommend if you were ever thinking of trying it out.

Great intro class, there are a few assistants who help which is nice. Goes at a good pace

Amazing, empowering class. Great for absolute beginners. Joanne was supportive and encouraging, and created a space with really good vibes. One note is to make sure you bring shorts for grip on the pole.

What is ClassPass?
