Workout was great, but the room must have been almost 100 degrees. I don’t think they monitor the temperature closely. Way too hot.

Great class! This class is insane!!! You are in a bootcamp with sweat and heat! Really great music to give you all that boost of energy that you will need to survive class. This is being said by someone who has a high stamina and works out about 5x a week

Surprisingly a very tough class! I didnt think it was going to be a high intense cardio class in heat!!! We did tons of planks, bicycles, sumo squats, hip thrusts, side planks and obliques, push ups, burpies, etc... the list goes on. Good music and high energy! You will sweat a ton!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
