About this class

This session is NOT for you if you're goal is to be “skinny” or “toned”. This is NOT a session where you’ll find anything with the words “fusion”, "barre”, "core”, "bootcamp”, or "WOD”. We don't firm, tone, cut, shred, pump, shape, confuse, blast or burn. We’re NOT going to give you any “guarantees”. We promise you WILL be challenged. You WILL push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, extend, and rotate....and the goal should be to do it all with external loads. Curious? COME GET SOME and see for yourself!

Operation NOT is great for those of us that are looking to focus on muscle groups like the gluteal muscles, deep ab muscles and supporting should muscles. It is a great workout. Definitely brought me out my comfort zone in a fun and challenging way. Zach was my coach. He was detailed, fun and supportive. He was very attentive to form and gave great tips and mindful corrections. He was also very knowledgeable on anatomy and explaining the reasoning behind certain positions which appreciated.

Zach is the best. Hes got great energy. Op not is by far one of the most fun classes red dot offers. If I were brand new to lifting I would not start with this class, but but that being said the classes are small so you may get some modification. Always impressed that everyone here remembers me.

What is ClassPass?
