Yogalates at Ra Yoga
About this class
Yogalates combines yoga with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates. In this heated style we warm up and cool down the body just like a typical Ra Vinyasa classes but then get the body going with classical mat Pilates. Expect to work hard in this class as the focus is core stabilizing and strengthening! Yogalates is a great for students who love high energy yoga and core-focused exercises.

How to prepare
Yoga mats and towels are available for rent but all students are encouraged to bring their own to class. Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottle as well so they can be refilled with their free Reverse Osmosis. Water and other beverages are available for purchase.
How to get there
If this is your first time at Ra, please arrive 15 minutes early, as there's an additional waiver for you to sign. We are located behind the Whole Foods 365, on corner of Worsham and McGowan, next to the Hanger food court and in the same row Orange Theory and Grit.
