About this class
This is a series that tones, lengthens and strengthens your core, muscles, tendons and joints. This class conditions the entire body and builds long, lean muscles through a challenging and innovative sequence of exercises, blending intervals of core training, yoga, isometrics and resistance work. Weights are used for an extra challenge. It is the "ultimate" sculpting routine.

How to prepare
You will want to wear something that you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. Pretty much what you would wear to workout, but set your toes free and leave your socks and shoes at the door. You will need to bring a yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water. If you don’t have these, they can hook you up with some sweet yoga swag to buy or to rent.
How to get there
Pure Hot Yoga is located at 251, 30 Springborough Blvd SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 0N9. There is free two-hour parking in the lot behind the Springborough Professional building. Don't forget to register your license plate with the lot terminals. If it’s your first class, come on in about 20 minutes before class starts, if not, 15 minutes before the first down dog is ample time to get yourself set up.
