About this class

As long as you can hold a ballet barre, you can do Pure Barre. That’s not to say that it’s easy, your first class will likely feel challenging at times, but they encourage you to stick with it. Try your hardest and let loose and feel free to ask your instructor plenty of questions after class if you weren't clear on any of the moves.

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late. No late entry for first time clients. 3. Pants that cover knees (no shorts), top that covers midriff, and socks required. Socks must cover toes. 4. No shoes or cell phones in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

How to get there

Pure Barre Los Gatos is located on the lower level at Old Town Center. Look for the outdoor stairwell right in front of the parking lot to the left of Talbots when you are facing the shopping center. Parking is available in lots in front as well as behind the shopping center, and there is free garage parking across the street.

Pure barre has the Best barre classes in South Bay! It’s not for beginners....I recommend pure barre for people who are already familiar with the barre small muscle movements and want to take their shake to the next level. The sequence is always challenging but the hour goes by fast. Nicole was a great instructor and learned everyone’s names and gave hands on adjustments which is always appreciated! Thank you!

Not for beginners to barre. Instructor did not offer during class alternatives to the exercises done. But for those looking for a more intense workout this is for you! Everyone was shaking and most broke a sweat. The class was primarily geared toward working really isolated parts of the body and proper form. Overall good class!

What is ClassPass?
