Pure Reform incorporates resistance-based strength and balance training designed to challenge and sculpt your body. This new 50‐minute class merges Pure Barre Classic positioning and movements with resistance bands, sliders, and the barre.

How to prepare
1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts), a top that covers the midriff and socks required 4. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
How to get there
**Please be aware classes start on time and new clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class**
