Power Yoga is a great class (customizable for beginner to advanced), and Roxie is my favorite instructor so far of all the classes Ive tried through ClassPass. She gives instruction while demonstrating, without interrupting the flow. So good!

Amazing class and Rachel is fantastic. Definitely more boot camp than a traditional yoga class like another reviewer said, but that's what makes this such a great class. Room temp was perfect and I got a great workout. Highly recommend.

This class is more "boot camp" than "yoga". I personally prefer more yoga, but it's great for someone who finds yoga "boring" or "too easy." One note - it is a "hot yoga" class and that was not in the description.
