About this class

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Amazing class with Lisa! Highly recommend.

Quaint gym in a very old building off of river road. Good amenities there (locker room, showers). The instructor was very nice but it wasn’t what I was expecting from a “high intensity” class. The class was predominately older women and a step (like Jane Fonda style step) was incorporated. I still sweat but probably wouldn’t do this particular class again.

Class wasnt bad, but a bit boring / repetitive. Nice employees but lack of instructions upon arrival in regards to getting started / warming up.

Never the same and always an excellent strength endurance workout. Ochieng is great!!

Leona was great. Very high energy. The class was circuit training. We did a series of exercises in 3 sets and then moved onto another series of exercises and did 3 sets of those. I think we did 6 different series in all.

What is ClassPass?
