How to prepare

You can jump straight into all of their classes without any prior experience. Once you arrive please check in at the Front Desk and hang out. The coach will call the class in when its time to start. Try the Project Steel Fitness difference and get a great RESULTS DRIVEN workout.

ROC IT with Holly
This is an awesome and convenient little gem in the neighborhood that actually gives me a good workout! I liked that the moves were different and so varied than any other class I’ve been too. Everyone except me seemed to be regulars, and they treated me like one of them — cheering everyone on by name and pushing each other to do our best. That being said, this is just a room with gym equipment. No mirrors, AC (they have fans) or top notch amenities, but the class itself does the job!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
