LIFT is a 90 Minute full body muscle building class that blends tried & true strength methods of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman. Daily BUNZ vs GUNZ selections allow you to customize for your goal preferences. Perfect for beginners who've never touched a weight. Will challenge advanced athletes looking to bust through plateaus!

How to prepare

For best results, athletes should Fuel their bodies 30-60 minutes prior to class. They offer fast acting carbs like Gatorade and Oatmega Cookies as well as full meals prepped and delivered daily to their cafe; Project Eat.

How to get there

Project Fitness is located on W Post Rd in the buildings behind Carters Motorsports. Plenty of parking is available onsite!

Drew is the best lifting coach Ive ever come across. Super knowledgeable about the body and form. Ive had dozens of coaches, if not closer to 100 over the years and hes at the top. Definitely worth a visit. So glad I passed through here.

The people are AWESOME...cant say that enough. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The other classmates were very welcoming. This is a great gym and I highly recommend it. The only thing Id say is a drop in here and there doesnt really work to get the full benefit from their programs.

What is ClassPass?
