The SWEAT is what the Prevail Boxing community knows them best for – it’s the perfect blend of fundamental boxing technique and the latest in full body conditioning packed into a high-energy, music-fueled circuit workout aimed at helping you achieve a killer physique and a champion mindset. In SWEAT: faster, they’re blending boxing and HIIT for the ultimate metabolic conditioning workout that’ll take your technique AND explosiveness to a new level. Much like the pacing in a real boxing match, you’ll alternate between intervals of full-on “sprints” [think boxing, agility, and plyometrics] and active recovery, to help you hit your limits and then some. All levels welcome!

How to prepare

New clients MUST arrive 30 minutes before the start of class time - no exceptions. You'll fill out a waiver, have your hands wrapped by a coach, and go through a boxing & class format tutorial! For your safety, we're unable to admit first timers to class if you're not here early. Wear comfortable workout clothes & sneakers, and drink plenty of water – you can either bring your own, or it 's available for purchase in the studio. Prevail Boxing has gloves & wraps available to rent or buy. [Pro tip: rentals come free for your first class!]

How to get there

New clients MUST arrive 30 minutes before the start of class time - no exceptions. For your safety, we're unable to admit first timers to class if you're not here early. We're a small [but mighty!] grey building located on 3rd St. in between Martel & Fuller. Parking: You may park in the KFC lot until 10:00am. Otherwise, there is free parking in front of the gym along 3rd St. There's also free parking on 2nd St., Martel & Fuller. Some residential blocks have restrictions between 6PM + 8AM, & make sure to watch out for street cleaning!

They’re not kidding calling this class SWEAT. I worked a bunch of different muscles I don’t normally hit and was left feeling wiped out but accomplished. This was my first ever boxing class and MeMe was so patient, kind, and inviting that despite not knowing what I was doing, I felt I was in good hands. She’s an absolute diamond. Give this class a shot.

Great instructors very high energy and engaging workout. They wrap your hands give you a tutorial on some basic moves and set you up for the workout! Also, they check up on you throughout the workout to make sure you stay engaged!

Super sweaty and sooo fun! Louis is a great instructor and his playlist was on point! Although one thing I’d like to point out is that I did not appreciate his assistant coach rolling his eyes at me when I kept getting my punch combinations wrong. As an instructor/coach you should be more encouraging, not make your clients feel embarrassed for doing something wrong... BUT highly recommend Louis’ class

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
