About this class

Kettlebell Conditioning combines different kettlebells with bodyweight and TRX training to give you a high intensity full-body workout. Expect to work everything: your core, strength, flexibility and metabolic conditioning. As with all Precision group workouts, we'll make sure you're engaged, having fun and learning some dynamite new skills.

How to get there

Located in unit 240-858 Beatty St. Enter the building then go up the stairs on your left. Pass the elevators and head down the hallway to your right. Room 240 is the first door on the left. **For early morning classes, classes after 6pm, and weekend classes: students will not be able to access the studio themselves, so please wait downstairs and the instructor will let you in prior to class starting!

Workout mostly with kettlebells and a little bit of trx training. It started off with some group swings and orbits and then did 2 rounds of different circuit trainings.

The instructor was great, and I imagine this class would be awesome if you have a lot of experience with kettle bells - but unless you have an understanding of what "orbits" "presses" and "cleans" are (and I'm talking enough of an understanding to be able to do those with two in your hands), you're going to struggle to keep up and maybe even hurt yourself as you get more tired and your form starts to slip. Not recommended for beginners.
