About this class
Want to get ready your body prepared to hang upside down, climb the pole effortlessly, and increase strength for other pole maneuvers? Then this drop in class is for you!! We will explore many exercises, both strength and flexibility moves, that will help you in your continuous pole journey. This class is intended for beginners and early intermediate students but is open to all levels if you are looking for additional conditioning options. Please note: We will not be using the pole unless it is for conditioning purposes. No spins will be taught in this class.
