About this class
We're bringing back our Strongman/Strongwomen class in the form of Power Hour - Strong! This class will test your strength limits and be split into two parts. This first half of the class will focus on one of the 4 major lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Bench Press. The second half of the class will focus on accessory strength movements.
