About this class

50-min. Pilates group class using the Megaformer. Each student gets their own reformer style machine. Full body workout by incorporating the key principles of Pilates (correct postural alignment, breathing practice, centering and engaging the core, concentration and precision of controlled movement and increased flexibility) and blending them with muscle dynamics for a high intensity workout.

How to prepare

Late-arrivals will not be accommodated and are counted as a no show. Your spot will be made available to anyone on the waitlist at the start of class. First-timers must arrive at least 10-minutes prior to class for required paperwork and an introduction to the equipment. Please bring grip socks!

How to get there

Look for us inside the Lobby past the escalators of the California Market Center (CMC) at 9th & Main. Enter building on 9th St. MON-SAT: Validated parking in CMC's parking garage ($2 for 75-min), 6a classes use Main St parking entrance. SUN: Street parking.

My first time trying Pilates and it was great! Saira was a great instructor. She asked about any injuries and was diligent in correcting technique.

Hard class, which I like cause you will se results. Just wish the instructor had a microphone so you could hear her better.

Very difficult. If you want want to be sore for days, take this class. I work out regularly and could barely complete the exercises.

What is ClassPass?
