How to prepare

Please arrive 10 mins early for your first class. If you are late and class has already started, for your safety you will not be allowed to stay and take class. When you arrive you will be asked to sign a waiver and take a photo for our database. This photo is to protect you from anyone else using your account. This photo will not be posted anywhere, it is just for the studio's internal use. There is a restroom available for your convenience. You must wear grip socks – no bare feet! Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio.

How to get there

Pilates Plus Woodland Hills has parking available in the lot in front of the studio.

Marian is a great enthusiastic instructor. She gets really involved with helping everyone. She makes sure the new people are getting the help they need to use the machine and using proper technique. Great workout once you get the proper technique down. My muscles were shaking hours after the workout ended. I know I’ll be sore the next few days.

If you are a beginner I do not recommend this class! The instructor really tried hard to help but the class is too large and the movements on the machine are very tricky especially if you’ve never done them before.

What is ClassPass?
