About this class

This full body workout uses spring loaded resistance and is conducted on the Pilates Reformer. In this class, you will tone your arms, legs and abdominals and improve posture and flexibility. You will lengthen and strengthen muscles without building bulk. The adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability. This class is suitable for new Pilates participants and is an introduction to the reformer classes.
