About this class

An affordable way to work on the apparatus in a small group setting. This is an enjoyable way to sculpt your entire body, with emphasis on the core muscles. You will get a well-rounded workout that includes Reformer and SPRINGBOARD. Every class is different to add spice and keep your muscles challenged with variety. Strengthen, stretch, and improve mobility in all of the joints. You will create long and lean muscles, improve your posture and lose inches! You will see results fast! All levels are welcome, and appropriately challenged. Perfect if you are pregnant or just had a baby!

I loved it! The barre and Pilates combination class was awesome. Helped me get my ballet technique brain wake up and woke up so wonderfully sore. The Pilates upper body workout really worked my shoulders and triceps. I recommend any level to take the class.

Summer was such a wonderful instructor! This was my second time taking a pilayrs class at their Studio and shes was very welcoming ans supportive. Very profession; asked me if I was experiencing any pain and if i had any injuries she should know about. When we began our workout, shed kindly guide me through the movements, adjust my body and was still able to move the class along very smoothly. Definitely would recommend this studio and instructor to anyone.
